All prices published are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise
indicated.
Booking
Procedures: All packages
must be prepaid in full by credit card, check, cashier's check or money
order upon contract approval. Upon receipt of your order, a copy of
your contract will be sent to you by fax or Email in order for you to
approve, sign and select payment method. All contracts must be returned
to us by fax, email or by Fed-Ex within 48 hours, otherwise the
reservation will be automatically canceled. Check, cashier's check or
money order payments must be shipped via courrier or priority post.
Upon receipt of your signed contract and payment, we will email and
mail you a copy of your invoice and your hotel voucher. You must
present this voucher upon arrival at your hotel in order to receive
your package(s).
Rate of Exchange: U.S.
residents will be charged by their respective credit card company in US
Dollars, the respective
credit card company
will
convert the Canadian Dollars into US
Dollars. The
rate
of exchange may slightly differ from the rates
displayed on currency coverter above due to fluctuating exchange rates
used
by various credit card companies.
Tickets: Tickets
are
handed to you along with your gift pack at your hotel upon check in. If
you desire your tickets in advance, we can Fed-Ex tickets to any
address - please note that you will be charged shipping fees. ($20.00
to a Canadian address and $30.00 CAN$ to a US address). Please note
that tickets are
extremely valuable. Tickets are shipped at your own risk and will not
be replaced under any circumstances, including loss, fire, or theft.
Children: Children must be under 16
years of age. Children must be accompanied by 2 adults sharing the same
room.
NHL Hockey Package(s) REFUND/CANCELLATION
policy:
Packages which
are Cancelled on or before 14
days prior to the
event date in question: are
subject to a $75.00
CAD$ per person cancellation fee. If one
chooses
to Cancel his or her Package(s), he
or she must do so in writing, by mail or
email to sales@vipprotours.com.
Cancellation requests must be received 14
days prior to event
date in question. Refunds
are made whitin 30 days of the written request. Packages
are non-refundable after this deadline.
Shipped Tickets via FedEx for NHL Hockey Package(s) Policy: Once
client signs his contract and receives the correct tickets, packages
are 100% non refundable. All sales become final.
NHL Hockey Package(s) TRANSFER policy: Clients
may transfer package holder names may do so, 7
days prior to the
event date in question. If
one
chooses
to transfer his or her Package(s), he
or she must do so in writing, by mail or
email to sales@vipprotours.com
Transfer requests must be received 7
days prior to the event
date in question.
